Bat Mitzvah Plus 2017-2018 Sign Up Form

If you are interested in having your 6th grade daughter participate in the Bat Mitzvah Plus Program, please sign her up here.  Payment can be made in the form of a credit card or by check.  If paying by credit card please use the form below.    Thank you.

Participation in the Bat Mitzvah Plus program requires payment of a $100 projects/activities fee.

Payment by credit card must be made at this time.  If you are paying by check, please have your daughter bring it to the first meeting of Bat Mitzvah Plus.
