The Teaneck Orthodox Retiree Association (TORA) will be holding its first lunch and lecture event on Thursday August 3 at Congregation Beth Abraham, 396 New Bridge Road, Bergenfield, NJ. Lunch will be available at 11:45 AM, followed by a presentation on "Mindfulness" by Rabbi Sam Frankel. The cost for the lunch and program is $10 for those who make a reservation by Sunday 7/30, and $15 for those who just show up.
